Description

Abstract
本研究計畫運用人工智慧技術,以深度學習與深度強化學習演算法結合AIS數據與航道水文氣象數據,發展適用於船載與岸基之分散式船舶進出港操航決策系統。具備船舶軌跡預測與航路規畫功能。運用於岸基航管中心VTS,建立智慧航道即時風險預警與監控系統,管制員依據船舶動態資料與環境即時資料,自動模擬船舶進出港的動態過程,即時評估航道船舶航行風險,提升VTS有效監管能量,確保進出港航道、錨泊區與港區的安全。運用於船舶可以發展為智慧船橋(駕駛台),執行自主航行、避碰與進出港操縱策略分析等,也可以提供引水人船舶操縱建議,提升航行技術與航行安全,改善港區交通管控,增加營運績效,以及航道規劃與港區設計等評估分析等。
