Abstract

現有國內之裂縫注入劑材料大多依靠國外進口，使用本土材料加以改良，可減少在中盤商所花費的價差，降低成本同時提供國內廠商新的市場。國內老屋數量龐大，都市更新計畫速度趕不上房屋老化的速度，危老條例又要100%住戶同意，有部分民眾希望藉由修補手段使老屋保有生活機能即可，而非重建，如能由國內自主研發修補之材料，能使老舊之建物的修繕施工更加簡易，且材料成本也能降低。
