Description

Abstract

克雷伯氏肺炎桿菌是重要人類致病菌及六大院內感染抗藥細菌”ESKAPE”之一。c-di-GMP訊息傳遞廣存於許多菌種中，但不存於高等生物中，其調控酵素DGC有潛力應用於發展抗菌或感染治療藥物，相關研究日益增多。本研究能增進對克雷伯氏肺炎桿菌中c-di-GMP及DGC功能之了解以及於活體內對克雷伯氏肺炎桿菌致病過程之影響，未來有助於發展感染症治療或預防之新策略。
