Description

Abstract
本計畫提出一種創新的靜止凸輪調控式平面連桿組以應用於中小型衝床驅動機構的設計;其曲柄轉速仍為固定,但可藉由更換靜止凸輪以達到變換衝頭運動曲線的效果,故可望成為伺服衝床機構以外實現精確及彈性化衝壓加工的較低成本替代方案。藉由本計畫的執行,於學術與應用層面上可發展出具有創新性與可專利性且具較低成本的衝床驅動機構,而於社會經濟層面上能協助國內衝床設備廠提升其對衝床驅動機構的進階設計能力與產品附加價值。
