Description

Abstract
可食性油墨可廣泛應用噴印在食品如雞蛋或高單價水果表面,並做為追溯生產履歷之工具,但相關研究仍付之闕如。本案以杜莎藻等透過光反應生物反應器進行培養與最佳化。並以不同超音波/微波參數來探討藻色素萃取的最佳化條件,以期減少化學溶劑與高溫的使用,並進行可食性油墨試製。透過執行本案減少地球碳排放量,並實際應用在食品安全領域,達到永續發展之目的。
