Description

Abstract
本計畫開創性的將包含霧化潤滑油與固體潤滑劑之最少量潤滑方法,運用在脈衝式溫間成型製程的模內再潤滑技術之開發。在三年的期程中,逐步設計與發展方杯、矩形杯、雙階異型杯的智慧深引伸成型模具,以金屬列印的方式,將潤滑流道與感測器配置於模具內的適當位置。在生產過程即時完成模內再潤滑與成型狀態之資訊蒐集,透過物聯網之雲端計算達到智慧製造的需求。
