Description

Abstract

本計畫以白蝦為模式動物，研究以循環經濟方式利用中草藥餘料再製為水產飼料添加劑，希望將生物資源應用到極致，同時減少製程進而降低成本。為期兩年的研究計畫，評估餘料製為飼料添加劑之有效性，分析中草藥飼料對白蝦免疫、抗病原菌、成長、腸道菌相與水質之影響。藉由本計畫的分析平台快速分析具有潛力的餘料，以創造循環經濟，提高經濟價值並達到永續經營綠色養殖之概念。
