Abstract

在充滿天災人禍危機與生活壓力的今日，現代人需要學習讓心慢下來、靜下來，而這方面教育需要對於社會有所貢獻，但目前討論這個主題的教育研究並不多見，是故，研究者發想出寧靜教育學這個構思，試圖從科學、哲學、心理學、靈性學等不同面向，申論寧靜的道理，理解人為何需要達到寧靜的心靈層次，並以寧靜為管道，透過教育實踐，幫助個人找到生命的意義，過著更有品質的生活。
