Description

Abstract
受到健康自主意識的抬頭與個人健康管理紀錄的推行,使得雲端醫療照護系統的隱私與資料安全 日益受到重視。運用雲端化的醫療照護服務可以讓病人享有更即時、更快速的服務品質。然而,當個 人健康資訊以密文的形式儲存在雲端資料庫中時,則必須仰賴有效率的加密資料查詢技術才能存取。 若能結合使用者的屬性作為動態調整查詢權限的方式,如限制密文集合及關鍵字查詢範圍,將能提供 更大的運用彈性。此外,在委外的雲端系統上分享高敏感性的個人健康資訊一直都存在著無法完全信 任的雲端伺服器問題。若能將健康資訊解密的程序移交給公正第三分或被分享者執行,將有助於提高 雲端醫療健康資訊的隱私保護層級。有鑒於此,本計劃即致力於適用雲端醫療照護系統下基於使用者 屬性的動態密文查詢與分享機制之研究。四個主要的計畫目的分別為(1).提出適用於雲端醫療照護系統 下基於使用者屬性的密文關鍵字查詢技術;(2).提出適用於雲端醫療照護系統的代理重加密技術;(3). 整合所提之基於使用者屬性的密文關鍵字查詢與代理重加密技術;(4).實作適用於雲端醫療照護系統下 基於使用者屬性的動態密文查詢與分享機制,期望能強化目前的雲端醫療照護資訊運用與分享安全, 並解決實務上雲端伺服器無法信任的問題。 With the rise of health self-awareness and the carrying out of personal health records, the privacy and data security of cloud telecare medical information systems (CTMIS) have gradually received much attention. Utilizing cloud telecare medical services is able to make patients enjoy more real-time and rapid quality of service. However, when personal health information is stored in the cloud database with the form of ciphertext, it can only be accessed via efficient encrypted data search techniques. If we can employ user attributes as a way to dynamically adjust the privilege of search such as a finite set of ciphertext and a designated scope of supplied keywords, it will provide more utilization flexibility. Moreover, it always has the potential problem of semi-trusted cloud servers when it comes to sharing high sensitive personal health information in outsourced cloud systems. If the procedure of decrypting health information can be delegated to a trusted third party or sharers, it will benefit the rise of privacy protection level for CTMIS. Owing to this, this project is devoted to research on attribute-based dynamic searchable ciphertext and sharing mechanisms for CTMIS. Four project purposes are to (1). Propose an attribute-based ciphertext keyword search technique for CTMIS; (2). Propose a proxy re-encryption (PRE) technique for CTMIS; (3). Integrate the techniques of proposed attribute-based ciphertext keyword search and PRE mechanisms; (4). Implement the attribute-based dynamic searchable ciphertext and sharing mechanisms for CTMIS. We hope to strengthen the current security for sharing and utilizing cloud telecare medical information. Meanwhile, the problem of semi-trusted cloud servers in practice can also be solved.
