Description

Abstract
行動醫療意指使用行動及無線通訊科技來提供有效、安全及可負擔的醫療照護服務。目前熱門的無線網路通訊技術包含藍芽通訊、無線感測器網路(WSN)、行動隨意網路(MANET)、無線射頻識別系統(RFID)、近場通訊(NFC)等。近年來,行動醫療市場的需求由於行動通訊技術的成熟與無線穿戴式裝置的普及而大幅提升,其中又以健康照護系統強化是未來最具有潛力的部分。運用行動醫療科技可以擷取即時的健康資訊並幫助監控及診斷遠端病患的生理狀況,如脈搏、心跳、血壓、血糖、體溫等。在面對高齡化社會來臨的同時,也意謂著必需花費在醫療及照護老年人的成本與各項醫療的社會支出將逐年提高。行動醫療能夠發揮行動裝置的優點來解決獲得健康照護所必須付出的高成本問題,並可以滿足國人對於健康資料自主管理的需求。 另外,無線通訊技術的發展也促進車電領域科技的開發,如智慧運輸系統(ITS)與智慧車輛。車載網路系統(VANET)是智慧運輸系統中最重要的一項科技,其利用無線網路將所有車輛和道路做連結形成動態的連結網路,成為一個結合人、車和道路的應用資訊。車載網路系統利用車內的感測裝置(OBU)來蒐集即時資訊並快速散佈,使得個別車輛所蒐集的訊息可以整合在一起形成完整的交通路況。若能結合穿戴式設備偵測駕駛人的各項生理特徵,並透過車載網路通訊將各種行車資訊、所需的醫療照護訊息快速地提供給鄰近的醫療單位提供最即時的協助,將可以降低健康因素所導致的車禍風險,並發揮行動醫療照護的即時效益。 在本研究計劃中,我們考量上述應用結合的使用者健康隱私保護需求及資料通訊安全,完成了車載網路結合行動照護醫療資訊系統之可信賴資料交換與遠端存取控制研究之分析、架構確立及技術開發。在基於本計畫所設計的整合系統架構下,我們提出三種通訊模式可應用於車載網路結合行動醫療資訊系統傳遞訊息的各個階段,分別為(1)使用者對車輛通訊、(2)車輛對路側單元通訊、(3)路側單元對醫院通訊。其中車輛對路側單元通訊又進一步區分為直接及間接二種方式,以符合實務中的應用情況。由分析比較的結果,本計畫所提的方法是兼具安全性與效率性的方案,期望能增進現行車載網路系統與行動醫療應用的加值服務效益。 Mobile telecare means to utilize mobile and wireless communication technology to provide effective, safe and affordable medical care services. Now popular wireless communication technologies include Bluetooth, WSN, MANET, RFID and NFC, etc. In recent years, the demand for mobile telecare market is greatly increased due to the maturing of wireless communication techniques and wearable devices. Healthcare system strengthening is regarded to be the most potential in the future. Using mobile telecare technology can capture real time health information and monitor/diagnose remote patient’s physical conditions. To confront with the coming of aging society also means that the expense of caring elder people will rise year by year. Mobile telecare can exploit the advantage of mobile devices to solve the high cost problem for obtaining healthcare services. The development of wireless communication techniques also boosts the thriving of automobile electronics field. The most important technology of ITS is VANET which utilizes wireless networks to connect all vehicles and roads to form a dynamic interconnected network. If we can employ wearable devices to detect drivers’ physical condition and quickly transmit it to nearby hospitals by VANET to offer assistance in time, the risk of car accident caused by health factors could be reduced. In this research project, we consider the requirement of user health privacy protection and data communication security for the above combined application, and completed the analyses, framework establishment and technique development in reliable data exchange and remote access control for VANET combined with mobile telecare medical information system. Concretely speaking, we proposed three communication models, including (1).User to Vehicle, (2).Vehicle to RSU, (3).RSU to Hospital for being applied to separate transmission stage of VANET combined with mobile telecare information system. The communication model of vehicle to RSU can be further classified into the type of direct and that of indirect for fulfilling the practical application scenario. According to the analyses and comparison results, the schemes proposed by this project are both secure and efficient. We hope to enhance the benefit of value-added services for current VANET and mobile telecare applications.
