Description

Abstract
本計晝將採取近年來快速崛起之分享經濟(Share Economy)模式,創建一智慧生產共享平臺airTMD。執 行上參考人脈串聯之Facebook,將私家車空閒時間串聯起來提供載客服務之Uber,還有將個人多餘房間、 房舍出租串聯之airbnb,這種O2O類型公司近年來多的不勝牧舉。而本計晝將串聯六校(臺大、北科大、崑 山、南臺、逢曱及遠東)專業技術士、操作人員、自造者(Maker)與國内大專院校乃至於產業的測試設備 與製造工具,提供個人化依需求製造之服務(Personalized Production-On-Demand, PPOD)。本計晝欲建 立之平臺將進行營運模式試驗,並預期達成:(1)上線後一年内提供超過一千項測試服務;(2) —年内 登錄超過一千名技術人員、技術士或是自造者;(3) —年内連結超過一百項測試或製造機具;(4)計晝 期間提供20件客製化服務;(5)計晝期間協助一家公司研發服務並獲得C run投資。計晝之具體產出:將 有一平臺讓全台各大專院校測試或加工設備共享,並與國内最大電信營運商-中華電信合作,導入網宇整合 系統(Cyber Physical System, CPS),建立一致化之設備感測器與人員管理介面,並建立全球首創之非定型契約人 員與非固定位置設備之製造執行系統(Manufacturing Execution System, MES)。Referring to Facebook, Uber and Airbnb, a new share economy business model called airTMD is proposed in this project. This platform integrates technicians, operators, makers and equipment to realize PPOD, personalized production on demand. This platform will achieve the following targets: 1) providing 1,000 cases of testing service in one year, 2) 1,000 technicians, operators and makers are involved to provide services, 3) providing 100 cases of manufacturing service, 4) providing 20 cases of customized services, 5) helping one company to get C run investment. Practically, this project will generate an on line service platform to share the operating and equipment resources for Taiwan universities. The project also cooperates with Chung-Hua Telecom Company to introduce cyber physical system (CPS) to enable the world first sharing manufacturing execution system (MES).
