漁業

為探究台灣沿近漁業作業漁場與漁業活動之分布特性，本研究蒐集漁業署港口訪查員每日之查報資料，同時結合VDR船位動態資料，以分析台灣沿近海漁業作業漁船之努力量、漁獲量及漁獲魚種組成等，並利用delta-lognormal GLM推估之漁獲率，進行2017年臺灣沿近海漁業漁獲量之推估。本研究目的在建立台灣沿近海漁業活動資料庫，掌握作業漁船之作業漁場熱點及其漁獲魚種與漁獲量，以提供台灣沿近漁業管理政策擬訂時所需之參考資訊，建立科學管理台灣沿近海漁業資源之目標。 This project aims to explore distribution characteristics of fishing activities and grounds in the coastal water off Taiwan. Daily fisheries inspector data from Fisheries Agency will be collected and further integrated with Vessel data recorder (VDR) data to analyze catch effort, abundance, and composition of coastal fisheries in Taiwan. Furthermore, fisheries production in the coastal water off Taiwan will be estimated using delta-lognormal GLM-based catch rate. This project will also build up a comprehensive database for fishing activities in the water off Taiwan, including fishing hotspots, species, and abundance. Taken together, results from this project will be expected to provide crucial information required for fisheries management and policy making.
