一、推動產業高效能管理：依據各業務需求協助彙整農業資源，以資通訊科技帶動產業服務效率與高效能生產管理，提高檢定、統計查詢等服務效能，並開拓國內外市場。如整合國內畜禽飼養管理流程，提升生產效能、防範疫病發生機率、以及強化農產品可追溯性；將船舶管理數位化，強化漁政行政管理效能與海巡單位搜救成功率；應用影像辨識技術於花卉品種權檢定作業與盆花品質分級標準，改善仰賴人工分級與判識之漏洞，提升產業信任度與服務效率，強化產業零時差服務。二、發展農業知識服務：整合多元的農業專家知識，發展資源共享與創新鑑定服務，強化國內研究能量及民眾、農民服務滿意度，如彙整作物病蟲害資訊及其防治措施，透過智能助理技術導入，提供農民最即時且正確的栽培管理防治策略；藉由水產與種子影像數位化應用，建立圖鑑共享服務，提高民眾環境教育觀念，並強化相關檢查及研究人員之檢驗效率，避免耽誤農時；應用資通訊技術持續蒐集與累積農業生態監測資料，強化國際農業數位知識研究，並善用數位媒體管道，活化農業影音資源，建構多元知識交流網絡。一、Promote efficient management of the industry：Accroding to the needs of agriculture, integrate the resources and promote high efficiency of service and production management with ICT, to improve verification and statistical inquiry quantity and quality, and develop domestic and foreign markets. For example, integrating livestock and poultry management processes by electronic and information system to prevent the incidence of disease, and enhance the traceability of agricultural products. Digitizing ship management to strengthen the effectiveness of fishery administration and the success rate of search and rescue of sea patrol units. Using image recognition technology to the flower varieties Identification and market grading standards of potted flowers, to improve the loopholes on manual grading and identification, enhance industry trust, confidence and strengthen industrial service.二、Development of Agricultural Knowledge Services：Integrate agricultural knowledge, develop sharing and identification services to strengthen domestic research energy and public service satisfaction. Such as integrate the prevention suggestion of crops' pests and diseases, with a set of voice assistant program for automatic conversation, will provide farmers the most immediate and correct cultivation management strategy. Through the application of aquatic products and seed images, establish a sharing service, improve the concept of environmental education for the people, and strengthen the inspection efficiency of relevant inspections and researchers to avoid delays in farming time. Inorder to strengthen international agricultural knowledge research, and build a multi knowledge exchange network, using ICT and constructing database, such as the Taiwan Agricultural Ecological System Information Sharing Platform, International Agricultural Digital Knowledge Exchange Network Platform, Integrate Knowledge Network Platform of Plant Protection Expert. And activate agricultural audio and video resources.
