The presented result is expected to which theoretically and practically bring implications in the future. For the theory, the result is expected to a valid and reliable energy resilience model and detecting the critical attributes for better organization performance and accomplish better operational achievement. This project is presented to identify the hierarchical model and the significant attributes for guiding performance improvement. The effectiveness and efficiency of energy resilience systems based on their importance-performance level, thus promoting the advantages of sustainability improvement performance. Since the practice of energy resilience in Taiwan is complex and uncertain, the vital for the practical improvement also need to be addressed. This project provides an approach in the Taiwan energy sector for the decision-making process. The energy generators, government, academicians, practitioners can take this project into account as useful information to improve energy resilience practice strategies and plans, policies to develop better achievements. The advance managerial and political recommendations base on the decisive criteria will be offered for the practitioners to enhance their decision-making procedure and to stimulate the energy sector performance in Taiwan.
