Description

Abstract
臺灣東北海域有琉球島弧、沖繩海槽與東海大陸棚等地形,受到黑潮運動及地形影 響,易於大陸棚邊緣地區產生內波運動,造成聲速的急遽變化,除影響聲納運用及潛艦 航行安全,亦會造成測深儀、ADCP 海流儀及側掃聲納等以聲波為探測工具之結果有所 偏差。需了解東北海域水下偵測效能,全盤性在時間及空間上的分佈狀況,才得以做為 水下監偵、兵力運用及反潛操演規劃之依據。基於上述需求,「海洋聲學整合計畫」團 隊規劃三年計畫於東北海域執行水下偵測整合計畫,計畫內包括七個子計畫,針對水文 及底質資料量測、背景噪音量測、音傳實驗、偵測效能分析、反潛作戰模式分析進行研 究分析。全案計畫主要目標為執行掌握其在東北海域環境的變化特性與機制,進而運用 聲學模式與聲納方程式分析各項海洋環境因數對水下偵測音響參數之影響,以做為東北 海域水下目標定位與反潛戰術設計之依據,建立東北海域從環境觀測、聲學特性分析到 反潛戰術設計之整合水下偵測能力,提升反潛戰力。第一個年度工作已經初步完成的項 目有水文環境之調查、海底沈積物之蒐集、高頻的音傳損耗量測、背景噪音等,這些初 步的研究結果將有助於明年將進行更大型的聯合實驗The Northeastern Sea of Taiwan borders Ryukyu Islands, Okinawa Trough and continental shelf. Under the influence of Kuroshio Current and the local landscape, it is not uncommon that internal waves are formed in the vicinity of continental shelf break, which causes large variation of speed of sound. This not only affects the use of sonar and submarine safety, but also causes uncertainty in measurement, such as ADCP sea current measurement and side scan sonar. There is a clear need to understand the effect of northeastern water on undersea measurement in its totality (space and time) in order to fully fulfill underwater surveillance capability, the use of troops, and anti-submarine detection. Based on the above reasons, this proposal aims a three-year effort to perform underwater surveillance in northeastern waters. This proposal includes seven sub-projects, focusing on hydrology and seabed property detection, background noise measurement, acoustic propagation experiment, measurement efficiency analysis, anti-submarine warfare analysis. The preliminary study in the first year includes the investigation in ocean environment, such as collections of ocean sediment on the bottom, measurement of transmission loss in high frequency band and the ambient noise.
