Abstract

藉由沿海環境生態、漁業資源與社區人文社會經濟及文化等不同面向的暴露度與脆弱度之掌握，探討初級產業(家計型漁業與養殖)與不同社區(漁村)受到環境(氣候)變遷效應之社會生態系統與風險認知，並透過跨層級權益關係人的座談或共識營取得共識暨調適治理策略。
