Description

Abstract
本計畫將規劃與設計一以氣體感測技術建構芝麻油快速辨識品質之深度學習服務平台,應用低成本氣體感測器與視訊鏡頭,開發出新穎非破壞性檢測芝麻油品質之方法,模型建立平台可提供芝麻油製造業者作為製程評估,提升芝麻油製造工藝。此外,本計畫是一項將食品分析與資訊領域結合的跨領域計畫,培養出的人才可成為食品產業數位化升級中的重要人才,能有效應用感測器或相關檢測數據,並具備食品科技、大數據處理以及深度學習軟體運用的技能。
