Abstract

本計畫將以兩年的時間譯注有賀長雄的《日清戰役國際法論》。過程中將完成對該書作者生平的分析、相關文獻的檢討及學術性導讀。本書的譯注及相關學術產出，在學術上可補充我國從國際法學角度研究甲午戰爭的長期空白；在實務面向上，長遠而言可為武裝衝突應用之基礎，有助於我國建構強韌的戰時法律戰基礎。
