Description

Abstract
近年來,高度競爭環境下多數的研究都提到管理者與決策者比過去更為重視供應鏈 管理。在供應鏈管理中,庫存管理很重要,適當的庫存策略,不僅可以滿足客戶的需求, 同時也節省了不必要的成本;有許多因素可以影響庫存政策,而其中易腐爛產品的存貨 政策也是一個重要考量,大部分易腐爛產品在儲存期間內逐步退化,使得產品降低或失 去其原來的價值,所以退化會影響到存貨的狀況;我們也知道即食性食品是非常常見的 商品,在現實生活中具有易腐特性,如果即食食品已逾期,那麼就不能在貨架上銷售。 因此,我們希望將傳統的存貨退化模型與退化因子的預測模型結合,開發出新的即食食 品的存貨模型,透過本研究所提出的模型使用真實數據去得到退化率,並運用數值範例 求解方案。 In recent years, the highly competition environment has forced the manager or decision-makers to pay much attention to the supply chain management, and more researches have mentioned it than before. In the supply chain management; inventory practices are always popular, an appropriate inventory policy can not only satisfy customer's demand but also save the unnecessary cost; with many aspects that can affect the inventory policy, the product perishability is a critical aspect of inventory policy, most goods will deteriorate during the storage period, and the goods will decrease or lose their original value, so the deterioration should be taken into account in inventory practices; we also know ready-to-eat (RTE) food products are highly common goods that have perishable property in real life, if RTE food has become overdue, then it cannot be sold on the shelf. Hence, we would like to combine the traditional deteriorating model and predict quality model to develop a new deteriorating model for RTE food products, our proposed model use the real data of deteriorating rate, and a numerical example also provided to illustrate the solutions.
