Description

Abstract
快速氯離子滲透試驗(RCPT)使用 6小時電量,評估混凝土抗氯離子之傳輸能力。RCPT 試驗中影響電量之因素不僅為混凝土之孔隙結構,而且孔隙中溶液之化性亦為主要因 素。但是孔隙溶液與混凝土抗氯離子之傳輸能力之關聯性極微。使用礦物摻料(飛灰、 爐石、爐灰)之混凝土,將隨著使用量及其組成分,而顯著的影響混凝土孔隙溶液離子 之化性。因此許多研究者對含礦物摻料之混凝土,於使用 RCPT評估混凝土耐久性時, 對此試驗方法提出質疑。本研究主要探討 RCPT使用於含礦物摻料混凝土之適用性, 並提出適宜之試驗方法。使用快速氯離子滲透試驗,分別對飛灰混凝土、爐石混凝土、 爐灰混凝土進行電量與氯離子分布試驗。經由試驗結果,探討電量與混凝土中氯離子 總量之關係,利用電量求得之氯離子總量,以改良 RCPT試驗法。利用氯離子侵入混 凝土深度之直接評估方式,取代以電量評估之間接方式。並利用改良之 RCPT試驗, 求得混凝土中氯離子傳輸係數,以氯離子傳輸係數之定量結果評估混凝土之耐久性, 提供混凝土結構物服務年限之計算。 The rapid chloride permeability test (RCPT) specifies the rating of chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete based on the charge passed through the specimen during 6 h of testing period. The charge passed through concrete depends on not only the pore stricture but also the chemistry of pore solution. The transport of chloride ions has little to do with the chemistry of pore solutions. The use of supplementary cementing materials such as fly ash, ground blast furnace slag, and slag- fly ash can have a very significant effect on the pore solution chemistry of concrete, depending on the dosage and composition of these supplementary cementing materials. Many researchers point out that the RCPT procedure appears invalid for use with concretes containing mineral additives such as silica fume, fly ash and slag. In order to study the suitability of RCPT for concretes containing mineral additives, a modified rapid chloride permeability test for evaluation of the durability of concrete containing supplementary cementing materials is. In this study, the RCPT is used to measure the charge passed. After the end of RCPT, the chloride profile is obtained by collecting concrete powder samples at different depths. The relationship between the total charge passed and total amount of chloride both obtained from RCPT is obtained from the test result. This relationship can be used to develop the modified RCPT. The modified RCPT method is a direct method to assess the chloride permeability of concrete by using the, and the RCPT charge method is indirect method to assess the chloride permeability of concrete. The chloride migration coefficient obtained from modified RCPT also can be used to assess the chloride permeability of concrete and predict the service life of concrete structures.
