Description

Abstract
本研究預計以高靜水壓結合超音波輔助酵素萃取豬喉軟骨中第二型膠原蛋白,進行量化測試以奠定未來產業生產基礎,並改良透析純化膠原蛋白的方式,以縮短純化時間。期望藉由本次研究結果,能改善天然第二型膠原蛋白在量化生產上的製程並降低生產成本。促進國內機能性食品產業的發展,增進高齡族群與關節炎患者的健康福祉。
