Abstract
1. 近年船員心理相關的研究,國際上尚未有國際期刊產出。若能將此議題發表於國際期刊上,有助於我國在船員心理議題的學術能見度。2. 台灣四面環海,若能瞭解船員心理與組織行為變數,是否能對安全行為有影響,有助於提供業者及政府在制定船員管理或政策的參考。3. 船員向來是船員政策的一環,本研究結果可提供航港局思考是否要有長期及連續性的研究,以做為未來施政的參考。
