Description

Abstract
本計畫旨在運用人工智慧中的先進防災技術,針對氣候變遷帶來的強降雨情境,分析其對基隆市坡地災害風險的影響。研究目標包括透過機器學習技術整合地理資訊系統,建立基隆市坡地災害的評估方法,分析坡地災害的潛在風險以及歷史災害事件。同時,計畫也將探討氣候變遷情境下基隆市坡地災害風險的時空分布,並制定相應的防災策略,涵蓋災前準備、災中應對及災後復原,全面提升基隆市的坡地防災管理效能及韌性。
