摘要: An artificial intelligence (AI) data-driven text mining hybrid method is proposed to extract risk attributes, and strategic roadmaps are developed using a fuzzy synthetic evaluation method integrated with the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory. Information sharing is crucial for enhancing transparency and coordination in the circular supply chain (CSC); however, it is also associated with various risks. Many studies have increasingly emphasized information sharing but neglected the perspective of sociotechnical systems and the role of information asymmetry in the CSC system. This study conceptualizes risks within the information-sharing framework as sociotechnical misalignments among people, processes, technology, and organizational structures in the machinery manufacturing industry in Thailand. This study reveals that information behavior risks, digital competency risks, and organizational structure risks are primary determinants in managing the risks of business information sharing in the CSC. The findings indicate that addressing agility capability misalignment, business model opacity constraints, environmental impact regulatory pressure, and miscoordination constitutes a set of implementable practice for improving practical risk management. This study offers novel insights into the risks of information sharing (RISs) in the CSC by highlighting sociotechnical misalignments in risk emergence and information symmetry.</description>

摘要: This study focuses on how a low-carbon transition reshapes the development of sustainable cold chain logistics. Unlike conventional supply chains, cold chain logistics consumes high amounts of energy and generate substantial carbon emissions because of refrigeration demands, while fragmented operations, inefficient infrastructure, poor collaboration, and limited research hinder the development of sustainable low-carbon strategies. This study aims to construct a causal hierarchical roadmap for low-carbon transformation in sustainable cold chain logistics through a multilevel perspective on sociotechnical transitions that integrates data-driven techniques. The results reveal that regulatory and carbon control mechanisms, digital infrastructure and intelligent logistics systems, and sustainable technologies and energy-efficient innovations constitute the causal aspects influencing operational cold chain logistics. This study provides a theoretically grounded and empirically validated pathway for fostering low-carbon, sustainable cold chain logistics and offers practical insights for policymakers and logistics practitioners seeking to accelerate innovation within temperature-sensitive supply systems.</description>

摘要: The transition to low-carbon shipping presents a multidimensional challenge that extends beyond technological solutions and regulatory compliance. It also requires context-specific prioritisation that reflects stakeholder perspectives and implementation realities. This study examines 23 carbon reduction measures within Taiwan's maritime sector, evaluated from the viewpoints of seven stakeholder groups based on implementation cost, emission reduction potential, and capacity for adoption. To assist strategic planning, the measures are categorised into short-, medium-, and long-term options. While the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method is frequently used to guide resource allocation based on stakeholder perceptions, it overlooks the feasibility of improvement. This study addresses that limitation by also applying the Importance-Unsatisfaction-Improvement (IUI) approach, which incorporates both subjective assessment and quantitative indicators to account for importance, dissatisfaction and ease of implementation. The results demonstrate a divergence between the two methods. IPA tends to favour high-cost, technologybased solutions such as alternative fuels-LNG and methanol, whereas IUI highlights more immediately applicable strategies including speed reduction and fleet renewal. These findings suggest that methods integrating feasibility-related dimensions offer a more grounded basis for decision-making. By integrating multiple stakeholder perspectives with dual evaluation methods and time-based classification, this study contributes a structured approach to prioritising decarbonisation actions in the shipping sector. The insights can inform government and industry efforts in developing practical, phased carbon reduction strategies that reflect both importance and implementation potential.</description>

摘要: Impaired insulin signaling facilitates alpha-synuclein aggregation and exacerbates neuroinflammation related to Parkinson's disease (PD). This study investigated whether 8-gingerol from ginger could protect against MPP+-induced alpha-synuclein aggregation and neuroinflammation in SH-SY5Y cells via the insulin signaling pathway. MTT assay showed that MPP+ markedly reduced SH-SY5Y cell viability at 0.5-2 mM. Treatment of cells with 6-gingerol and 8-gingerol, but not 6-shogaol, significantly attenuated MPP+-induced cytotoxicity. The concentration at 20 &amp; micro;M showed the strongest neuroprotective effect. Immunoblots showed that 8-gingerol treatment attenuated the accumulation of (Ser129)p-alpha-synuclein and (Thr231)p-Tau induced by MPP+ for 24 h. Furthermore, 8-gingerol normalized the aberrant phosphorylation of IRS-1, Akt, and GSK-3 beta induced by MPP+. It also suppressed the MPP+-induced expression of inflammasome-associated proteins, including FoxO1, TXNIP, NLRP3, and cleaved-caspase 1. Pre-treatment with the PI3K/Akt inhibitor wortmannin abrogated the protective effects by increasing (Ser129)p-alpha-synuclein and NLRP3 inflammasome protein levels. These results indicated that 8-gingerol protects SH-SY5Y cells against MPP+-induced the alpha-synuclein aggregation and NLRP3 inflammasome activation is mediated through the insulin signaling pathway.</description>
