Future technology in prawn production

Abstract

Prawn culture technology has a very short history. Information compiled on this topic is often limited or lacking. Current technology is in need for advancement. Without this, increased prawn production may never be attained. This paper briefly examines the limitations cif current prawn culture technology as well as proposes a number of approaches to be taken to help maintain the momentum to date achieved.
