| dc.description.abstract | 魚類精液之低溫及冷凍保存已經詳為研究，所發展出來的技術在多種冷水及溫水性魚類都已證實可行。本文主要係介紹細胞冷凍保存的原理；前處理、冷凍及解凍引起之冷凍傷害；魚類精液保存時各重要影響因素；短期低溫及長期冷凍保存之成效。同時綜合介紹近年來由農委會補助本實驗室進行本實驗室進行相關研究的成果，至盼藉此帶動此方面更多、更深入的研究。 | en_US |
