| dc.description.abstract | 台灣的水產養殖業自1988年台灣草蝦養殖爆發蝦病以來，產量即由盛而衰，其他養殖物種一也面臨極嚴厲的挑戰。20年來，陸續發生有機氯污染之毒魚事件、重金屬累積的牡蠣事件，及近年九孔養殖由東北角逐一漫延至花東地區之附苗率、活存率大減問題， 在在考驗著台彎養殖業者及學術界，益增產官學研各界對台灣水產業的憂心，尤其多年來並未建立水產養殖業的品牌區隔，使產業常受到極大傷害，例如一發生牡蠣污染事件，全台彎的牡蠣就蒙受損失，我們實在不願見到單一養殖物種的差錯而影響整個產業。 | en_US |
