dc.description.abstract本預報係於1970/1971及1971/1972年度之烏魚產卵迴游期,實施六次以人為方法促成此魚自然受精之試驗的結果。其目的在於省時、省立及提高受精率。 (1) 雌魚皆予以賀爾蒙處理,雄魚則視需要,部份亦予以賀爾蒙處理。為促成彼等之自然受精,將雌魚1尾及雌魚2尾同時或先雌、或先雄收容於2.5m*7m*0.5m水泥池 或一噸圓型塑膠水槽。 (2) 六次試驗中,除了一次雌魚未達排卵前即死去外,其於五次雌魚都達排卵期階段並自然產卵於池中,惜因雄魚未能及時配種。結果僅有一次達到預期, 其受精率高達68.6%,而孵化率更高達100%。 (3) 此次試驗,由於雄魚之存在,促進了雌魚之產卵。但可能由於實施試驗時,雄魚之排精能力不良及活力欠佳,故有多次雌魚之排卵未能相應刺激雄魚之排精, 而告失敗。其中成功一次已足以證明促進此魚自然受精確有可能,相信本項方法之確立對今後此魚之人工大量繁殖大有裨益。en_US
