dc.description.abstract自1981年陳和郭建立世界第一個鰻魚細胞株以來,陸續有許多溫水魚細胞株建立。這方面的研究不僅提升了水生動物細胞培養技術,也促使本地魚貝類病毒病的研究。近10年來,陸續發現多種水產動物如:鰻魚、虹鱒、泥鰍、草蝦、文蚵的病毒病。這些疾病在病理學、病源學、血清學、生化、分子生物學等各領域均有廣泛的研究。本篇針對臺灣魚、貝類病毒症的研究,分成兩大主題來討論,(1)魚、貝類細胞株建立(2)魚、貝類病毒研究。同時亦將比較國內外相關研究之結果,並建議未來的發展方向。en_US
