dc.description.abstract	螺旋藻含有高量之蛋白質及豐富的天然色素，通常被水產界用以當作蛋白質來源或體色改良劑。本文綜論以螺旋藻作為草蝦、斑節蝦、淡水長腳大蝦、錦鯉、吳郭魚、虱目魚、香魚及輪蟲等水產養殖物飼料之利弊，並探討以海水培養螺旋藻之可行性，及其未來在水產養殖上之發展與應用。	en_US
