| dc.description.abstract | 亞洲是水產品的主要生產地和消費處。水產養殖業在亞洲以有長久的歷史， 不過大多數亞洲國家的水產養殖技術仍停滯於傳統的方式，墨守成規，少有突破。 水產養殖對於亞洲地區的主要貢獻在於其對廣大的人口提供了廉價的蛋白質來源。 然而，因為貧富的懸殊，求學機會的不均。某些地區又受到社會因素的限制，例如 宗教的禁忌、傳統的束縛等，嚴重地影響了此地區水產養殖業的正常發展。就整個 或長遠而言，今後，想要改善亞洲人民的生活水準，有賴於水產養殖業未來的發展之處仍然不少 | en_US |
