Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the TLm values of copper sulfate, potassium permanganate and malachite green for postlarvae of Penaeus monodon, P. japonicus, P. semisulcatus, P. penicillatus, Metapenaeus ensis and Macrobrachium rosenbergii dipped for 24 hours. The results were calculated using the Van der Waerden method. The TLm values of copper sulfate for postlarvae of the prawn were 436, 427, 231, 319, 465 and 0.39 ppm, respectively. The TLm values of potassium permanganate for postlarvae of the prawn were 4.8, 9.6, 5.2, 3.9, 17.0 and 6.0 ppm, respectively. The TLm values of malachite green for postlarvae of the prawn were 0.73, 1.18, 3.2, 0.3, 3.73 and 1.14 ppm, respectively.
