| dc.description.abstract | 本報告旨在探討草蝦苗以福馬林消毒或以羥四環素藥浴時對蝦苗變態與活存率的影響，同時對二種常用藻類的毒性亦一併加以探究。結果發現，福馬林消毒草蝦苗，濃度在400 ppm以下，藥浴時間1分鐘，對蝦苗不會造成傷害；羥四環素藥浴草蝦苗，濃度在10 ppm較佳。另外，上述二種藥物對骨藻及擬球藻的毒性；骨藻對福馬林的感受性較高，而羥四環素對擬球藻較具毒性；不過，對其產生毒性的濃度，皆比防治蝦病之建議用量高，因此，在蝦苗培育期間施用，對藻類不會有負面影響。 | en_US |
