dc.description.abstract本研究開發出的蝦血培養基,係以蝦類血淋巴液為培養基基質,並在培養基中添加200 ppm 之rose bcngal '俾將無色的蝦類血球染成紅色。具溶血性的細菌在本蝦血培養基上生長,會在菌落周邊形成透明的溶血環。以分離自草蝦、斑節蝦肝胰臟及養殖環境中的 45 株分屬 12 個屬的菌株比較其在蝦血培養基及羊血培養基上的溶血反應,結果至少有 11 株茵株溶血反應出現差異。研究結果顧示,蝦血培養基較羊血培養基能更正確且快速地篩選出對蝦類血球具溶血能力的細菌。en_US
