dc.description.abstract本文針對台灣鄰近海域特殊的海峽與陸架坡地形,透過美國普林斯頓大學海洋模式(Princeton Ocean Model,POM),建置台灣海域洋流模擬系統,針對基隆、台北、台中、高雄、安平、花蓮及蘇澳等商港海域利用實測數據進行模式驗證。而於各商港海域特性分析方面,高雄港受到高屏峽谷地形影響與洋流、潮流互相交互作用,造成此處海域流動現象複雜。而基隆港海域退潮時段受到野柳龜頭山阻擋退潮海流,在基隆港外海海域形成一順時針渦流,而基隆港外廓防波堤亦形成此處海流偏東北─西南走向之主要原因。於台中港海域海流特性方面,受夏季黑潮分支影響下外海流速強勁,不論漲退潮段皆持續向北,而冬季於小潮時段時若東北季風強勁,導致近岸處有沿著海岸線向南流動之明顯現象,且受北防坡堤之阻擋影響,導致堤頭附近海域流速偏向西南西。en_US
