| dc.description.abstract | 臺灣海岸在高度開發利用、颱風巨浪侵襲以及構築海岸結構物等自然或人為因素的影響下，導致許多應屬於海岸緩衝區或防護區之地區遭過度利用，造成國土流失使得海岸緩衝區消失或後退。本文由海岸防災及海岸保護的角度來定義海岸防護區以及海岸緩衝區；由自然與人為兩大因素研擬海岸緩衝區設置之影響因子。在海岸緩衝區之研究方向上，則由技術面與政策面探討海岸環境復育議題；並且建議可應用於海岸緩衝區設置因子研究之數值模式。 | en_US |
