dc.description.abstract本文根據水利局實測斷面資料,分析花蓮海岸東防波堤擴建前後海岸線變遷、漂沙量之演變及灘距歷時變化。文中同時利用二維經驗特徵函數法預測無東防波堤存在時海灘斷面變化,所獲結果與東防波堤擴建之後實測斷面比較,可看出東防波堤擴建後對本段海岸之影響性。 歷年灘距變化之分析結果顯示,東防波堤擴建前後灘距之變化相當明顯,擴建前自由街以北海岸之灘距較短,擴建後則灘線伸長,愈北端愈明顯;自由街口以南,海岸之 i難距在擴建前伸長、縮短 E現,灘距伸長的現象較為明顯,但變化幅度不大,而擴建後則灘距有大幅度的 f衰退現象。而海岸漂沙量之歷時變化,係以自由街排水口為臨界點,東防波堤擴建後,以北海岸有逐年增呵趨勢,以南海岸則漸次減少。根據二維經驗特徵函數法之預測結果得知,在無防波堤存在之情況,自由街排水口以北之峙,所預測之海灘斷面高程較東防波堤構築後之實際高程為低 J以南之海岸則呈現相反之趨勢,顯示東防波堤之擴建,已改變本段海岸原有的漂沙特性,使海灘侵油生之變化性質隨之改變。en_US
