dc.description.abstract煤灰的產出量居國內事業廢棄物之冠,雖 然目前煤灰的再利用途徑相當多元,但仍以預 拌混凝土為大宗,換句話說,煤灰再利用情形 受混凝土市場所左右,在市場景氣不佳下,為 避免煤灰遭堆置,燃煤火力發電廠只能將無法 及時再利用之煤灰排入灰塘作為調節灰倉灰位 之手段,由於灰塘位於海邊,使得灰塘灰皆富 含氯離子,應用於鋼筋混凝土容易使鋼筋鏽蝕 膨脹進而使混凝土開裂,造成後續再利用困 難,僅能置放於灰塘中,無法使其創造價值。 灰塘灰的研究大多為灰塘改良,將灰塘地改至 足夠抗液化與承載能力,本研究將灰塘灰作為 粒料使用,與卜特蘭水泥拌和,並配合飛灰使 用以增加試體緻密性,研究結果顯示,即便是 28 天設計強度達 210 kgf/cm2 之灰塘灰砂 漿,每立方公尺仍可將 0.75 噸灰塘灰再利 用,若未來經多方評估後可實際應用,將可解 決電廠長久以來的麻煩問題。en_US
