To satisfy the high data rate and low latency needs for the future 5G New Radio wireless communications, one of the possible solutions is to operate the transmission at the millimeter wave (mm-wave) spectrum. In this paper, we setup an instrument-based measurement system to measure the quantified degradations of the human body and vehicle at the considered mm-wave spectrums.en_US
