dc.description.abstract為因應氣候變遷所導致的極端氣候及高速都市化下不透水面積增加的雙重衝擊,內政部 營建署於民國 102 年起推動水環境低衝擊開發(Low Impact Development, LID)設施相關計畫,係以強化都市韌性承洪能力觀點討論 LID設施,並冀逐步整備將 LID 設施導入臺灣城市開發建設的基礎。為驗證 LID 設施設計方法,使其得以落實並推廣至國內工程界,於高雄橋頭新市鎮區域辦理「高雄新市鎮綜合示範社區 14 條低衝擊開發人行步道示範工程」( 以下簡稱本工程 ),施作各類透水鋪面,以達展示、推動、工程經驗回饋等目標。本工程同時建置監測設備,長期觀察 LID 設施使用狀況,並適時地維護與管理,進而確保公共安全。長期監測累積資料除了可定量分析各項 LID 設施降低基地開發造成環境衝擊程度,同時作為後續改進與推動重要參考數據。en_US
