| dc.description.abstract | 本文首先藉由歐洲國家與美國的文獻分析，就反托拉斯法的實踐經驗與討論，試圖說明行為經濟學與反托拉斯法的互動。其次則探討近年因為數位平台經濟趨勢的發展下，以案例為本，就行為經濟學是否能提供反托拉斯法的新實踐路徑，提出可行分析。最後對於行為經濟學的侷限性、及對於現行反托拉斯法所扮演的輔助角色，針對我國現況提出建議。 | en_US |
