This study demonstrates a novel coherent interference mechanism of resonant energy transfer between localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) and wrinkled graphene, which significantly enhances light-matter interaction. To illustrate the underlying mechanism, the enhancement of laser action arising from the coherent interference is demonstrated. The coherent dipole coupling between LSPR and wrinkled graphene increases the transition rate beyond the sum of their individual contributions, as confirmed by both experimental results and theoretical predictions based on Fermi's Golden Rule. A distinct threshold behavior of laser action and coupling is observed, indicating the onset of constructive interference that facilitates stimulated emission. Time-resolved photoluminescence further supports this coherent dipole interaction by revealing shortened lifetimes near the lasing threshold. This work offers new scientific insights into the coupling among external perturbations and provides a promising strategy for developing low-threshold lasers and tunable light-matter interactions for future optical and electronic devices.en_US
