Members of our labor force are an important driving force of economic development, but they are often a relatively disadvantaged group. It is the duty of this department to seek maximum benefits for all members of our labor force and create a better working environment. The Ministry has adopted "better labor force, better working life" as its policy vision, presenting the three goals of "safe work", "safe workplace" and "safe labor" to respond to the president's labor policy and support the administration. The Executive Yuan’s governance philosophy of "simple administration and convenience for the people" continues to plan various policies to promote employment and improve the welfare of workers.
