Abstract
本研究之目的在於提供水里溪集水區,於進行水土保持相關工程設計時,可快速 地由此地文與水文資訊查詢系統獲得設計所需之相關資訊,以減省工程設計所需之時間。由 現場工程師之需求觀點考量,水里溪集水區地文及水文資料查詢系統,必需以資料視覺化之 方式,以圖像顯示水里溪集水區之河川網路,並提供滑鼠點選之使用介面,以便取得集水區 中任意指定點之地文參數、水文參數、逕流係數以及設計流量。 本查詢系統是由系統整合程式、使用者介面以及計算模組等三份所組成。研究中建立數值高 程計算模組,以推求水文計算模組所需之地文因子。而水文計算模組則藉由分析集水區之地 表覆蓋狀況,並利用運動波理論與配合雨量紀錄之頻率分析結果,而求得集水區之設計流量 ,以提供事規劃設計人員之直接取用。  The objective of this study is to provide an inquiry system of the geomorphic and hydrologic information for soil conservation design works in Shui-li Creek watershed. From the engineer's point of view, the geomorphic and hydrologic information should be showed in visualization patterns. A mouse interface should also be provided, allowing engineers to click on the screen to any arbitrary point in the river network, and then to get the information such as geomorphic parameters, hydrologic, runoff coefficient, and design discharges for different return periods. The inquiry system is a combination of the system construction program, user interface, and computation modules. A digital elevation model is used to obtain the geomorphic parameters of the watershed for runoff simulation. The land cover and soil information of the watershed are collected for the hydrologic computation module to calculate the rainfall losses. The kinematic-wave theory is used to estimate the time of concentration, which is then combined with the results from the rainfallfrequency-analysis to obtain the design discharge for further practical applications.
