微穿孔板吸音體是一種共振吸音原理，低质量、高聲阻的新型吸音结構，由直徑在1mm以下的穿孔薄板和板後的空腔組成，經典的理論由中國馬大猷教授首先提出，以孔徑、板厚、開孔率及背後空腔厚度，計算出微穿孔板吸音率及其特性。本計畫合作企業青鋼公司，改良圓形微穿孔板成不規則形狀，稱為異形微穿孔板，目前微穿孔板已經發展到第三代。對於現有微穿孔板在某些頻率吸音效果較差，本計畫先規劃一田口實驗以出口孔形狀、穿孔角度、穿孔密度、入口孔徑大小及板厚為控制因子，透過聲學有限元素模擬找出最佳吸音係數的微穿孔板控制因子組合，模擬入口端與出口端計算出聲壓差，最後再將聲壓差乘上入口孔洞截面積，得到力差做為田口法的輸出。以往對於微穿孔板的阻抗係數無法量化應用在聲學設計，本計畫透過阻抗管實驗同時建立阻抗管聲學模擬，將模擬結果與實驗結果比對，並調整模擬時不同頻率的阻抗值，可得出不同頻率下微穿孔板的阻抗分布，而進一步應用於室內聲音品質設計。為提高室內聲音品質設計精確度，以一音響室為例進行聲學有限元素模擬，先調整天花板與牆壁配置微穿孔板，材料聲阻抗設定採用阻抗管求得的聲阻抗，模擬室內的殘響時間與清晰度，並改變微穿孔板配置以達到理想的設計值，再將設計後的殘響時間及清晰度與實驗量測值做比較。 The sound absorbing body of micro-perforated panel is a new type of sound absorption structure with low mass and high sound resistance. It is composed of a perforated thin plate with a diameter of less than 1mm and a cavity behind the plate. The classic theory was first proposed by Professor Ma Dayou of China. Aperture, plate thickness, opening rate and the thickness of the cavity behind, calculate the sound absorption rate and characteristics of the micro-perforated panel. CKM applied materials Co., Ltd., a cooperative enterprise of this project, improved the circular micro-perforated plate into an irregular shape, called a special-shaped micro-perforated panel. At present, the micro-perforated panel has been developed to the third generation. For the existing micro-perforated panel with poor sound absorption effect at certain frequencies, this project is to plan the Taguchi method experiment with the shape of the exit hole, the perforation angle, the perforation density, the size of the entrance aperture and the plate thickness as the control factors firstly. Through the acoustic finite element simulation to find the optimal combination of micro-perforated panel control factors. The sound pressure difference is calculated at the inlet and outlet, and finally the sound pressure difference is multiplied by the cross-sectional area of the inlet hole to obtain the force difference as the output of the Taguchi method. In this project, an impedance tube acoustic simulation is established through the impedance tube experiment, the simulation result is compared with the experimental result, and the impedance value at different frequencies during the simulation is adjusted. The impedance distribution of the micro-perforated panel at different frequencies is further applied to indoor sound quality design.In order to improve the accuracy of indoor sound quality design, an acoustic room is used as an example to perform acoustic finite element simulation. Micro-perforated panels are arranged on the ceiling and walls. The acoustic impedance of the material is adjust using the impedance obtained by the impedance tube to simulate the reverberation time and clarity of the room and change the micro-perforated panels. Configure to achieve the ideal design value, and then compare the reverberation time and clarity after the design with the experimental measurement value.
