本計畫主要是蒐集公約及相關國際規範對製冷設備之相關規定，並對現有柴油引擎廢熱排放循環再利用之相關技術進行探討。設製一個吸附式製冷機，進行系統化分析，並與現行的系統做比較，最後將完成之簡易吸附式製冷機應用在一艘租用的漁船作實船測試。本計畫完成後的預期效益為： 1. 適用總噸位200以下、引擎馬力100匹以上需要漁獲保鮮之各型漁船。 2. 使用年限可長達10年以上。 3. 在柴油機停止運轉後，仍可連續製冷2小時以上。 4. 製冷效果可達攝氏10度以下。 The objective of this project is to review the related international standards of refrigerators and the correlative technologies of exhaust heat recycle in diesel engines. Then, an adsoption refrigerator will be developed to study a systematic analysis. The performance analysis will be compared to other existed systems. Finally, the developed adsorption refrigerator will be run on a fishery boat to verify its capabilities. The expected achievements are outlied as follows: 1. Apply to the boats with gross tonnage 200 under and horse power 100 above. 2. System duration is 10 years above. 3. Refrigeration can run about 2 hrs contiunuously after stopping the system. 4. Refrigeration ability can reach 10 degree celsius below.
