Description

Abstract
本計畫賡續前期「智慧船舶進出港操航決策系統」計畫,發展船舶進出港操航決策系統建立,並應用於探討基隆港與台北港進出港航行操縱策略與航行安全等問題的研究。以機器學習與深度強化學習演算法結合AIS數據與航道水文氣象數據,發展適用於船載與岸基之分散式船舶進出港操航決策系統。運用於岸基航管中心VTS,依據船舶動態資料與環境即時資料,偵測船舶進出港的動態異常行為,即時評估航道船舶航行風險,提升VTS有效監管能量,確保進出港航道、錨泊區與港區的安全。運用於船舶可以發展為智慧船橋(駕駛台),執行進出港操縱策略分析,也可以提供引水人船舶操縱建議,提升航行技術與航行安全,改善港區交通管控,增加營運績效等。
