1. 以台灣科技與漁業知識協助島國分析其漁業狀況，並與國際組織合作研究如何提升小規模漁業之效率與管理措施。2. 配合國際組織分析權宜船之狀況，並以智慧型演算法判斷可能之IUU違規行為。3. 因無法於所有遠洋船上配置觀察員，故以人工智慧方法暫時取代來分析勞工工時。分析結果可以協助政府擬定相關措施並解決國際(U.S. Customs and Border Patrol)之關切。4. 建立出全面性的海洋漁業即時資訊系統。結合海洋科學資料以及各類不同來源之船舶訊號加以應用分析。5. 強化法治，透過監控與科學計算力，可計算漁獲合理性與評估資源消耗與環境平衡。
