Description

Abstract
近年來,克流感已出現抗藥性及副作用,解封後的「免疫負債」導致流感病例激增,因此開發有效預防流感病毒感染的藥物是迫切議題。本計畫在探討口服或鼻腔的方式給予石蓴多醣(益生元)與胚芽乳酸桿菌(益生菌)對於A型流感病毒感染是否具保護效果,及其是否藉由改善腸道菌相的平衡來調節免疫系統,達到降低小鼠肺部發炎所造成的肺損傷情形,以作為抗A型流感保健食品及藥物開發之應用。故計劃具有必要性、學術價值及產業發展性
