dc.description.abstract | 本文主要是針對固態冷光源中的發光二極體(Light Emitting Diode),及其相關應用於照明燈具的介紹。依目前在市場上封裝後的產品,單一的晶粒(Die)已有 80 Lm/W的發光效率,成本也從數年前的 7 NTD/Lm降到 0.7 NTD/Lm,具有不錯的市場競爭力。由於是低電壓固體光源直接驅動,所以從通電流到發光過程的反應時間極短,而且所消耗的電能也低。平面封裝後的尺寸在 100 mm2以下,所以可以重量輕、體積小且耐抗震。晶粒溫度越低則壽命越長,可長達數十年。上述眾多特性,為LED使用於照明燈具上的優點。因此,高亮度發光二極體(LED)已具備節能環保照明的基本條件,只需結合台灣現有的光學與機電的科技,即可整合成各種LED燈具。自今年開始,已可在許多室內燈飾的店面內,看到許多內容豐富的LED燈飾型錄及實際產品,相信在不久的將來,一般家庭使用LED室內照明燈具一定會更普及。This paper introduces the LED(Light Emitting Diode)of solid-state luminescence source application in relative light lamps. The single die employs light efficiency of 80 Lm/W and lowers the light cost from 7 NTD/Lm to 0.7 NTD/Lm many years ago for marketing packaged products, having the good market competitiveness. The response time of active current is very short and electronic power consumption is lower resulting from solid-state direct driving of low voltage. Because its area is under 100 mm2 after planar package, the weight is light and the volume is small with well bearing earthquake resistance. The die temperature is lower the lifetime to be longer after many decades. There are several advantages of LED application especially in saving-energy and Environmental protection in the light lamps region. These kinds of LED lamps need to combine optical and electronic and mechanical technologies. We can look for a lot of catalogs and products of LED lamps in a large number of LED installation shops from this year. The family will install the LED inner light lamps and lanterns certainly to be more popular generally in the near future. | en_US |
